BEHIND THE APRON

Hi, I’m Brandy! My love for baking started in the heart of my grandmothers kitchen where the smell of something sweet in the oven meant love was being shared. She taught me that baking is really about connection, gathering people around the table, celebrating life’s moments. For me, baking is therapy, my happy place. It’s where I find peace after a busy day, creativity when I need inspiration, and joy when I get to see someone’s face light up after tasting something I’ve made.

That’s why I started SIFT. Because baking is so much more than mixing ingredients. Just like sifting flour brings out the best texture in a recipe, SIFT is about taking the time to pour love, care, and intention into every single sweet I make. My hope is that each cupcake or cookie you enjoy brings you the same comfort and happiness my grandmother’s baking always brought to me.
